INGREDIENTS
1 12 cup regular flour
13 cup granulated sugar
1 12 tsp baking powder
14 teaspoon of salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
12 cup melted unsalted butter
14 cup of milk
1 big egg
a quarter cup semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350° F. (175 degrees C). Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and flour.
STEP 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the bananas, melted butter, milk, and egg. Combine banana mixture and flour mixture until just combined. Mix in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the baking dish that has been prepared.
STEP 3
30 to 35 minutes in a preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean with no crumbs (melted chocolate on the toothpick is fine).

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
2 quarts milk
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 cups French bread cubes
2 bananas, cut
1 cup chocolate chips, semisweet
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
STEP 2
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Stir in the bread, bananas, and chocolate chips, and set aside for 5 minutes to allow the bread to soak. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
STEP 3
Using a damp kitchen towel, line a roasting pan. Place the loaf pan inside the roasting pan and the roasting pan on the oven rack. Fill the roasting pan halfway up the sides of the loaf pan with water. Bake for 1 hour, or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean.
